Effective Date: July 4, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before engaging with our platform or registering for E-Cell events.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Entrepreneurship Cell CGC Landran ("E-Cell CGC") platform, registering for our events, applying for team recruitments, or submitting startup recognition applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations of the Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Landran. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
E-Cell CGC serves as an entrepreneurial launchpad and student incubation showcase. We provide resources, bootcamps, workshops, event ticketing (passes and QR code check-ins), team membership applications, and startup listings. E-Cell CGC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any program or platform feature at any time without notice.
3. User Accounts & Conduct
When you register an account or submit applications (member recruitments or startup showcases), you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for protecting your account credentials. You agree not to submit false information, plagiarize startup ideas, or engage in conduct that disrupts the platform, campus regulations, or the collaborative builder spirit of E-Cell.
4. Startup Showcase & Intellectual Property
Student founders retain full ownership of the intellectual property (IP), business models, logos, and pitches they list or pitch on this platform. E-Cell CGC provides public listings and directories to foster visibility and connections, but does not claim ownership of or take responsibility for any user-submitted startup ideas or third-party IP infringements.
5. Event Ticketing & Participation
All event passes, unique identifiers, and QR codes generated by the E-Cell ticketing engine are strictly for event validation and campus entry permissions. Passes are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by the event organizers. E-Cell CGC and campus security reserve the right to deny check-in to individuals violating college policies or event guidelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
E-Cell CGC is a student-run organization at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Landran. The platform, resources, and event ticketing system are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. E-Cell CGC, its members, and advisors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the site, event participation, or resource downloads.
